How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled up to the point where we have finished processing and prepared the order for shiping. If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact us without delay. When possible, our customer service team will cancel and refund your order.

Once the order is in transit, you have the option of rejecting the delivery. The order will then be sent back to us and a refund will be issued. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you have already received the order, you are entitled to a 14 day Cooling Off period in which you can return the product.
