In this case you should contact customer service who can advise you on the expected delivery date of the product(s) in question, so you can decide whether you would like us to;

  • Remove the out of stock item(s) and ship the remainder of your order
  • Dispatch the in stock item(s) and ship the outstanding item(s) as soon as they become available
  • Cancel the order entirely
