After your RMA has been collected

After collection your RMA will be shipped to our returns processing centre in the Netherlands. Transport times average 4 to 5 working days. Upon receipt your RMA will be assessed by our technicians. We will test the product to verify the fault and confirm the defect is not the result of user damage or any other factor.

After inspection and testing our technicians will, in accordance with the manufacturer's own guidelines, submit the item for repair, or if this is not practical, offer you a choice of a replacement product or a day value refund.

Only where a product cannot be repaired will we offer a replacement/ refund. Products returned under the right of withdrawal (Cooling Off) must be inspected on arrival at our warehouse. Until our technicians are satisfied that all conditions are met we cannot proceed to process your refund. The usual processing time for standard RMAs is 2-3 weeks, often less. Repairs for items such as TVs, Home Theatre equipment and Laptops may take a maximum of 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer and parts availability.
