Product damaged on arrival

If you receive a product that was damaged on arrival, please fill in our returns form as quickly as possible, preferably the same day of delivery and no later than 2 days after delivery.

After filling in the return form, please note your return reference number (S000..)  and send us an email to service@komplett.ie with the following:

  • Your return reference number; 
  • Two photos of the box that the product was shipped in and any damage that is on the box;
  • Two photos of the damaged product, clearly showing the damage.
